Beauty Cocktail.

No. 1 Overview

Beauty Cocktail.

The Beauty Cocktail is an intravenous application prepared with antioxidants, vitamins and, where appropriate, certain minerals to support the look of the skin. Glutathione, vitamin C and B group vitamins are the contents used most often. The rationale is to support the body's overall antioxidant balance, of which the skin is part, rather than applying something to the skin from outside.

When it comes up

Most people who ask about it describe skin that looks dull and tired, often after a long stretch of pressure with disrupted sleep and eating. Others are looking for a joined up care plan ahead of a particular occasion. That said, the application does not treat skin conditions such as acne, rosacea or eczema; where one of those is present, treating it properly comes first.

Who it suits and who is assessed more carefully

  • Adults in suitable general health with no history that rules out an intravenous application can be considered.
  • If vitamin C is part of the mix, kidney function and, where needed, a G6PD enzyme level are requested beforehand.
  • People with a history of asthma are questioned separately about sensitivity to sulphur containing compounds.
  • It is not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • A history of kidney or liver disease means the plan is reconsidered.
  • Any known serious allergy or previous reaction to an intravenous treatment must be mentioned.

How the session runs

Your skin is assessed, your sun protection and skincare habits are discussed and your health history is taken. The contents of the mix are decided from that assessment; there is no ready made formula applied identically to everyone. If the plan is appropriate, a fine catheter is placed in an arm vein and the mix is given slowly in solution. Light sensitive contents are prepared protected from light. You rest seated throughout. The application is short to moderate in length; afterwards the catheter is removed and brief pressure is applied to the entry site.

Onset and duration of effect

Support aimed at the look of the skin works gradually. Some people say their skin looks livelier after a few sessions; others notice no clear difference. A lasting change should not be expected from a single session, and any effect is tied to the application being part of a plan that also includes sun protection and consistent skincare. The interval between sessions is set individually. Nothing is promised, including any lightening of skin tone, and results vary from person to person.

As part of a whole plan

How skin looks is not decided by a single treatment. Sun protection, sleep, nutrition, smoking and a consistent skincare routine are what really shape it. The Beauty Cocktail is considered as support from within that plan rather than a substitute for it. At the consultation we talk about what your skin actually needs, and sometimes the priority is not this application at all but fixing the routine or choosing a different method. We say so openly.

Preparing for the session

Do not arrive on an empty stomach and drink plenty of water beforehand. Tell us about all your medications, vitamins and herbal products, and mention any asthma or known allergy. Wear something that lets you free your arm easily, and leave some room around your appointment.

What to pay attention to afterwards

  • A high factor sunscreen is an inseparable part of the plan.
  • Drink plenty of water on the day and do not skip meals.
  • Keep up your skincare routine; the application does not replace it.
  • A small bruise at the entry site can appear and settles quickly.
  • Call the clinic straight away in case of a rash, itching, breathlessness or anything unexpected.

Points that are often confused

The Beauty Cocktail is not a skin whitening method and carries no promise of lightening skin tone. Nor is it an alternative to mesotherapy, fillers or device based treatments applied to the skin itself; those are different methods with different targets and are planned separately where needed. The application does not treat a skin condition and does not replace a dermatological assessment. Claims of fast results that circulate online are not offered here as promises. Every plan requires a medical assessment.

No. 2 Process

The process step by step

From consultation to the review visit, every stage is planned in advance. An unhurried, transparent flow.

01

Assessment

Your skin is assessed, and your sun protection habits, skincare routine, expectations and health history are reviewed. Tests are requested where needed.

02

Planning and prep

The contents follow from that assessment; no ready made formula is used. Light sensitive contents are prepared shielded and the line is placed.

03

Application

The mix is given slowly in solution with the flow rate kept under observation. The session is short to moderate and you rest seated throughout.

04

Aftercare and review

The catheter is removed and you can usually return to daily life the same day. The importance of sunscreen and your routine is reinforced, and the interval is planned.

No. 01 What does the Beauty Cocktail contain?

It is prepared with antioxidants and vitamins aimed at the look of the skin, most often glutathione, vitamin C and B group vitamins. The contents follow from the skin assessment and your history. There is no ready made formula applied identically to everyone. What is in the mix is explained to you clearly.

No. 02 Is a result guaranteed?

No. It is a supportive approach for the skin and no definite outcome is promised. Any change is gradual: some people say their skin looks livelier after a few sessions, others notice no clear difference. What effect there is depends on it being part of a plan that includes sun protection and consistent care. Results vary from person to person.

No. 03 Is it a treatment for a skin condition?

No. It does not treat skin conditions such as acne, rosacea or eczema, and it does not replace a dermatological assessment. Where one of those is present, treating it properly comes first. The cocktail only comes up as supportive input once that distinction has been made.

No. 04 Will it lighten my skin tone?

This is not offered here as a skin whitening method, and no lightening of tone is promised. The fast result claims that circulate online do not reflect the real framing of the treatment. The aim is to support the body's overall antioxidant balance, of which the skin is part. If your expectation differs, we discuss it openly at the consultation.

No. 05 Does it replace mesotherapy or fillers?

No. Mesotherapy, fillers and device based treatments applied to the skin itself are different methods with different targets. The Beauty Cocktail is not an alternative to them but something that can sit alongside them where appropriate. Which method suits you is discussed after a skin assessment.

No. 06 Can I have it before a special occasion?

There is no meaningful downtime and most people carry on with their day. That said, expecting a visible change from a single session is not realistic, since any effect is gradual. If you have a date in mind, telling us early lets us spread the plan over time. Even then, no outcome is promised.
